Terms, Conditions, and Refunds
By purchasing this pass I acknowledge that I have been informed of the need to obtain a physician’s examination and approval prior to beginning this or any exercise program. I fully understand that the program may be strenuous and choose to participate completely voluntarily. I accept all responsibility for my health and any resultant injury or mishap that may affect my well-being or health in any way. I hold harmless of any responsibility, the instructor, facility, or any persons involved with this program or testing procedure.
Passes are non-refundable for any no shows or late cancellations (less then 2 hours before class). If you have not used your pass completely by the end of it's time frame that pass will expire with no refunds or expansion of the pass time frame.

Fulfillment Policy
Once you have purchased a plan it will immediately be added to your account. Depending on your pass you will a certain amount of time to use this pass. Once that time frame has passed your pass will expire.
