Service Description

We won't be playing by (all) the rules with this day retreat! 3 all levels classes. (strength & flow, vinyasa and yin yoga) 1 workshop. 1 Meditation/Journal/Art Session. Snacks and Lunch provided. (please email alignyogawi@gmail.com with any dietary restrictions) $80 space is limited to 10. please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, journal and warm clothes with you (museums can get a little chilly).
