This is all about challenging yourself to see how many reps (with good form!) that you can do in the 30s per move for the strength workouts and how in the zone/relaxed can you get for the yoga classes. Each day click on the workout for that day. There will be a photo attached with the workout for that day. We will start with strength and move into yoga. You will need a yoga mat, timer, good music, foam roller, weights 2 sets and the fitness journal.
