You'll run/walk, strength train and recover during this 21 day series. Fearless will be your positive affirmation/mantra/motto. I cannot wait to see how you surprise yourself throughout this series. You'll see classic strength training moves. Favorite yin yoga poses and a familiar foam rolling sequence. Equipment needed but necessarily required: Dumbbells (light medium heavy weights) Barbell (light medium heavy weights) Booty Bands Foam Roller Treadmill or the Outdoors There are also 3 non-cardio options that really go big or go home on the strength. Substitute whatever you have at home for equipment. Some moves can be done weightless. Grab a friend and let's go.
